Plan B Contractors Inc. was founded in 2004 operating out of Bryan Murray’s garage. Initial Projects included Chef’s edge, Elite Motors and Ashely Furniture— these client’s have became long-term reoccurring customers of Plan B.
2008 marked the growth of our team with two new key members coming on board: Rob and Robyn Kline. Project highights of the year include the Gateway 3 Commercial Building with OK Tire and Ashley Furniture in Vernon (a unique 100 year old building formerly a fruit packing plant).
The team grew again in 2012 with the joining of Brandon Westgate as Project Manager, and saw the team successfully deliver a stellar renovation to Beachcomber Home Leisure.
Mike Seeley joined Plan B Contractors in 2016 to lead the financial team. The year saw the completion of TELUS Park and the commencement of Eagle Creek Sound Studio.
2018 witnessed a milestone for Plan B with Rob & Robyn Kline, Brandon Westgate and Mike Seeley coming on as company partners. The year also celebrated the completion of Scandia Golf & Games Restoration & National Concrete Accessories
The incorporation of Plan B Residential Inc. marked the beginning of a new chapter. This brought a renewed commitment to excellence, offering innovative solutions and quality craftsmanship in all we do. Commercial project success was realized in three distinct projects: Pheonix Kitchenworks, 1680 + 1690 Water Street, and South Okanagan Animal Care Center.
A celebratory moment for Plan B as we completed the build of an eighty-five unit residential building. This is our team's first of many accomplishments as we continue to execute projects with excellence.

Plan B Contracting was tasked to build a project that has never been done in the Okanagan area and they took on the challenge to bring this project to fruition. They were able to expedite the permitting process, keep cost under budget and finish the project in record time. We will certainly use Bryan and his team to complete the second phase of our project and would highly recommend them to anyone contemplating a reputable general contractor.

The team at Plan B managed our build at 868 McCurdy Place. We engaged Plan B to complete the tenant improvements for us as their pricing was within the market and their timelines were well laid out and presented with confidence.
The Plan B team had been contracted by the landlord to complete the structural build and after meeting Brandon Westgate I set a meeting with him and Bryan Murray to determine if they were the best option to complete NCA's Tenant Improvements as well. The two of them listened to our requirements along with our budget and quickly had a proposal to us. The pricing was well supported and itemized allowing us to ask specific questions and determine that they were market competitive. The proposal was above our budget however equally important to us was our timeline; we had a hard deadline as to when we needed to vacate our old facility while still leaving time to move our business.
The team at Plan B kept us well informed of progress and clearly communicated how any adjustments we wanted during the build would affect both those priorities. The project was completed on time and at a high standard. Plan B has also been very responsive to our calls after the project and shows great pride in ensuring we are more than happy with their work.
