Major renovation to two buildings in downtown Kelowna. One is 3 stories with 24,900 sq ft of commercial office space and other is 2 stories with 5,900 sq ft of commercial office space.

This renovation included full upgrades to common areas, addition of washrooms, complete exterior envelope replacement / re-design, full electrical service replacement, new watermain installation, and installation of a new fire protection system in occupied spaces. The rooftop area was converted to a new shared rooftop patio space for the tenants.
