Why the Project was Needed:
This residential renovation project wasn’t about necessity—it was about vision. The homeowners wanted to refresh their space, improve flow, and introduce high-end finishes that reflected their personal style. While the house had good bones, there was plenty of opportunity to bring in more warmth, functionality, and character.
The Project Team:
Led by Project Manager Kyle Maskell, this residential build project unfolded in two phases. Ryan Westgate supervised the first phase, ensuring everything ran smoothly, while the second phase continued with our expert team of trades and suppliers. Some of the key partners included Eu-Roc Interiors, Arrow Painting, Nufloors, Colonial Countertops, and Kelowna Deck & Rail, among others. Their craftsmanship helped bring this vision to life.

- Kitchen transformation: New stone countertops, tile backsplash, and updated cabinet hardware on the main floor.
- Fireplace feature: Floor-to-ceiling tile surround with a custom live edge wood mantle.
- Fresh and modern: New paint throughout the house and contemporary door hardware.
- Basement overhaul: New flooring, a full kitchen installation, and stainless steel appliances.
- Smart upgrades: Soundproofing between floors and a new staircase leading from the balcony to the backyard.
