Meridian was outgrowing its space and needed a larger, more functional building. Plan B Contractors demolished the original single-storey center section and rebuilt it from the foundation up into a complete two-storey structure. The upgraded facility now provides a unified, modern space that meets Meridian’s growing needs. The project was delivered early and under budget.
Meridian’s expansion required more space to support new contracts and operational growth. While an even taller structure was considered, Plan B recommended a two-storey rebuild to stay within a manageable budget. The center section was demolished and rebuilt, integrating seamlessly with the pre-existing building. The project included all-new interior finishes, a new reception desk, and a full repaint. Meridian temporarily relocated across the street for the project’s duration, allowing construction to proceed uninterrupted.
Plan B utilized its full in-house crew of professionals, streamlining the schedule and reducing costs. Team members included carpenters Blue, Steel, and Clay, with Tom and Peter serving as site superintendents. New trades MCB Electrical and Scott Allen Plumbing contributed efficient, cost-effective work suited to the wood-frame structure. The client remained hands-off throughout the process, trusting Plan B to lead the build.
