Zerr Residence Tree Impact Restoration
When a severe storm sent a tree crashing through the Zerr family’s garage, splitting it in half and damaging the corner of their home, Plan B Contractors was brought in for a fast, full restoration. Within weeks, the damaged structures were rebuilt, the house was made whole again, and a brand-new backyard deck was added—designed, quite literally, on a napkin by one of our inspired project managers.

Why the Project was Needed:
The impact of the fallen tree destroyed the garage structure and damaged a portion of the home’s exterior. Plan B was tasked with a complete garage rebuild and house repairs, including structural framing, roofing, siding, soffits, and windows. The homeowners also commissioned a new wood deck for the restoration, rounding out the recovery with a functional and beautiful upgrade.
The Project Team:
This residential project was assigned to Chris after he joined Plan B in early 2022. The work was carried out by a lean but skilled team, primarily Ryan and Clay, who handled the carpentry and site supervision. The project reflected the strength of Plan B’s residential capabilities, showcasing its core crew’s craftsmanship and its project managers’ adaptability.
