Erica Jane Restaurant isn’t just a dining destination—it’s one of our proudest commercial building achievements. Right in the heart of Kelowna’s vibrant downtown, we brought this high-end establishment to life with bold design and meticulous craftsmanship. The showpiece? A striking painted steel tree that supports a dynamic, wave-like peaked roof. Combined with a mesmerizing wine wall and premium finishes throughout, the space radiates sophistication. Our team at Plan B took this ambitious vision and turned it into reality, building a one-of-a-kind venue where aesthetics and culinary excellence meet.
Kelowna’s dining scene is thriving, but Erica Jane set out to offer something truly unique—an upscale experience where architecture and innovation set the stage. The restaurant’s roof is a feat of engineering, formed by triangular waves supported by two-point load structures that branch out into a tree formation. The expansive glass façade invites guests to enjoy a refined dining atmosphere year-round, bridging the indoors and outdoors. From concept to construction, we worked closely with the owners to ensure every element of this vision came to life.
This commercial build project was a true team effort, led by our Founder & CEO Bryan Murray and Project Manager Matthew Horne. Our estimating team ensured precise budgeting, while our safety experts kept the site running smoothly. Key contributors Rob Kline, Brandon Westgate, and our talented in-house carpenters played integral roles, alongside trusted trade partners like Grizzly Metal Fab Inc., and specialized flooring companies. By leveraging our industry relationships and expert craftsmanship, we delivered a restaurant that pushes boundaries in both design and function.
