This stand-alone heritage building has been carefully preserved on the exterior to honour its historic character and maintain the charm of the surrounding neighbourhood.
Inside, however, the space has been designed to incorporate the new with the old, transforming it into a beautiful, upscale ice cream shop.
The interior design blends classic heritage details with refined contemporary finishes, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that feels both timeless and fresh. The result is space that celebrates the building’s storied past while offering a modern, welcoming experience for today’s guests.

The Project Team:
Plan B tasked Matthew Horne, an in-house Project Manager, to work with Sticks and Stones Design Group and bring this project across the finish line. Plan B also relied on their deep bench of subtrades to successfully and safely complete the project.
