This project involved installing two new loading bays on the side of the existing building. The block wall was structurally modified to permit the installation of two 8×9 insulated sectional overhead doors along with upgraded hydraulic dock levelers. Two concrete cast-in-place retaining walls were built for the new loading area.

The client purchased a new emergency generator for backup power so we installed the infrastructure, pad and security fencing for this new equipment.
