Since we were constructing the new base building that MasonLift was moving into, it made sense to engage our services early on before the base building construction even started. This gave us a head start on base building/tenant improvement coordination and getting the building rough-ins suited and installed correctly for the tenant work. This allowed us to ensure there were no redundant services from an generic base building layout, enabled us to procure the building permit ahead of time, and allowed us to start on the tenant improvement work before the base building was even completed.
This new facility houses 2,400 sf of office space on two floors and a large brightly lit 5,900 sf shop with 22 foot ceilings. The interior layout and finishes were designed by our own in house services to further accelerate the timeline of this project.
