This building was designed and built for a great local business: M & M Performance – working with this group was such a pleasure.

The 20,000 sf building is constructed with concrete tilt-up walls with a structural steel roof and mezzanine. The mezzanine was topped with concrete and finished with a beautiful epoxy floor finish which boasts amazing wear properties and is easy to clean.

This project features a full-service shop including quick pull air reels throughout and an automated gas detection system which circulates clean air to provide a safe work environment for the technicians.

Attractive design touches were applied throughout including the fully glazed feature stair and mezzanine guardrail. Industrial design elements were incorporated including a pair of beautiful sliding wood barn doors to the staff room and a gorgeous service desk constructed of barn wood and raw steel with an illuminated edge – simply a must see in person! We also made structural upgrades to the showroom offices to allow safe storage/display for the clients feature products on top of the offices.

A challenging aspect of the project was the installation of a 14,000 lb material lift which required lifting with two synchronized telehandlers due to its’ shear size and weight.
