This project was our second Cora’s Breakfast & Lunch built in Kelowna. The new 3,500 sq ft restaurant build in the Orchard Park Shopping Centre features a full commercial kitchen and dining area. A new exterior facade and entry were created to allow separate hours of operation from the rest of the mall. A notable challenge on this project was the existing exterior bricks were discontinued so they had to be carefully removed during demolition so they could be re-used to facilitate the new access from the exterior.
