Tenant improvement which included the convenience store and automated car-wash within a base building shell. The building shell was purpose built for this tenant in 2019 by Argus Properties, in a beautiful plaza located near Kelowna Airport.

The walk-in coolers were calculated carefully to accommodate a wide variety of cold drinks and more storage for C-store. The car-wash uses the most technologically advanced car-wash system available.
