Bryan Murray

Managing Partner/CEO
With decades of experience in the construction industry, Bryan is the CEO and founding partner of Plan B Contractors. He has a passion for excellence and proudly inspires his team to provide superior service and quality craftsmanship in a time sensitive and dollar conscious environment. He is an advocate of job safety and makes it his personal responsibility to inspire his team to achieve the highest level of education available. Nothing puts a bigger smile on his face than customers who are more than satisfied with their project completion because his team is performing at their best.

Robyn Kline

Maintenance Manager / Partner
With over 25 years experience in customer service/sales and marketing, Robyn manages existing business relationships, identifies new opportunities as well as manages relationships with partners and affiliates. Robyn is involved in operations management including systems development and supplier relations. She is the project manager for the Maintenance division at Plan B to help solve problems for our clients with all their commercial building needs.

Rob Kline

Project Manager / Partner
Rob has been a carpenter for 20 years, a residential contractor for 12 years and owned his own companies prior to moving to the Okanagan Valley and joining the Plan B team. As project manager and site supervisor, he oversees the construction site, hires the crew, is involved in everything from estimating to hands on tasks like framing, and ensures that client communication is on-going.

Brandon Westgate

Project Manager / Partner
Brandon is a Red Seal Carpenter and a Gold Seal Certified Project Manager with experience completing commercial projects large and small. Growing up in the Okanagan construction industry, Brandon is highly committed to the safety and quality of his projects. His wide range of experience and vast knowledge of the Okanagan and the communities within it, have allowed him to form close partnerships with reputable contractors who have similar values. Brandon’s determination to provide exceptional customer satisfaction drives his passion for project management.

Matthew Horne

Project Manager
Matthew is a construction management professional with experience in residential, commercial, civil and environmental LEED projects for private and corporate clients. He holds a diploma in Architectural Technology along with additional project management university courses. Pairing formal education with 25 years of construction experience has created his ability to achieve project objectives for both new and renovation projects. He always strives to balance the Project Triple Constraints of Time, Costs & Quality of Scope while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Angie Bobyk

Project Manager Professional
Angie’s project experience involves working as both the General Contractor and the Developer granting her a well-rounded collaborative approach to her projects. Working with clients including BC Housing and various First Nations bands, she has primarily worked on Multi-Family Residential projects as well as commercial and infrastructure projects. Angie’s educational background is centered in Project Management and she serves as a mentor to Project Management students at our own Okanagan College and Georgian College in Ontario. She has her PMP designation (Project Management Professional) and is currently a Gold Seal Intern. Angie continually builds strong industry relationships with clients and subtrades which she recognizes as the key to a successful project. She love the challenges the industry brings and enjoys the process of organizing a project for the best possible outcome and delivery.

Chris Van Dassen, GSI

Project Manager
Chris is a skilled and experienced construction professional. He is a Red Seal Carpenter and a Gold Seal Intern working towards becoming a certified Project Manager. Chris has been in the construction industry since 2006 and previously owned a successful framing and forming company in the Okanagan. In addition to his carpentry experience, he holds a diploma in Mechanical Engineering Design from Fanshawe College and has worked as a Drafting Technician. With his technical expertise, hands-on construction experience, and strong organizational and interpersonal skills, Chris is able to provide exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the construction management process. He is passionate about exceeding client expectations and delivering successful projects from start to finish.

Mike Seeley, CPA, CA

Corporate Controller / Partner
Mike is responsible for all things with a number and internal/external financial reporting. Mike has over 25 years of trusted experience working with business owners and welcomes all questions from Plan B’s customers and trades. Your success is Plan B’s success and Mike is ready to help.

Sandra Lenuik

Corporate Accountant
Sandra joins Plan B with over 30 years of bookkeeping and accounting experience. Her previous work experience with non-profits, retail, manufacturing, service industry and construction brings her strong attention to detail and good analytical skills to Plan B. She oversees all billing transactions for Plan B Contractors, in commercial, residential and maintenance divisions.

Kyle Maskell

HS&E Manager
Starting out early in the construction industry by working with his father during summer school breaks, Kyle became a carpenter right after high school. Kyle now has 14 years of professional experience in the residential, commercial, industrial, and oil and gas sectors; working his way up from general labour into company management. Kyle received his Trade Safety Coordinator/Construction Safety Officer certification in 2015 and holds a wide range of other safety training certificates. He was recently working on a large mixed-use project where he was responsible for creating and managing the safety program and site operations. Kyle is constantly looking for ways to achieve excellence and is passionate about leading Plan B’s health and safety program. His wide range of education, training, and experience has given him the knowledge and ability to provide a high standard of health and safety within our company.

Shohreh Sabet

Interior Designer
Shohreh is a Certified Interior Designer since 2001. She is experienced in office design/furniture arrangement and practiced in Specifying Commercial Equipment as well as kitchen flow. She is knowledgeable about the design and aesthetic of restaurants and store plans. She is skilled in room layout as well as choosing floor finish, paint, light fixtures, and furnishings. Shohreh will create a space that reflects the clients need and design style.

Sherri Williams

Office Administrator
Sherri has over 30 years of administration experience in the retail building supply industry. She was previously the office manager, controller and co-owner of 2 family run businesses in the Okanagan who supply materials to retail consumers and contractors. The last 3 years Sherri spent as Assistant Controller for a group operating two building supply companies in the North Okanagan. Sherri came to Plan B in 2018, adding to a growing administration department. She has enjoyed the challenge with the change to commercial construction administration and her expanding role at Plan B Contractors.

Teresa Sommerfeld

Project Coordinator
Teresa has excellent interpersonal skills, very organized and detailed-oriented person with over seven years experience in the construction industry in Customer Service and Maintenance. She works with clients of residential and commercial properties, coordinating all aspects of the project to run smoothly and efficiently, making sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve. Her experience of residential new build contract, she manages all appropriate legal paperwork, and terms of agreement from initiate project to closing process.
