Revitalized the Zerr Residence with meticulous tree impact restoration, showcasing a comprehensive approach. For the house, tasks included rebuilding and staining a 14’x16′ wood deck, repairing truss tails and roof sheathing, reinstalling roof shingles, and addressing issues in stucco siding, soffit, and gutters. The upgrades encompassed replacing a metal pre-hung door, glass sliding door, and a 4’x5′ window. In the shop, trusses were replaced, and wall framing repaired, followed by a meticulous reconstruction of shelving and a workbench. The roof received attention with shingle reinstallation, and repairs extended to Hardie plank siding, soffit, gutter, an 8’x9′ steel-craft overhead door, and a 2’x3′ window replacement.
