The client wanted to upgrade this existing facility to a modern design. The exterior frontage was refaced with bright red AL13 panels for a sleek new look along with full height storefront windows to allow more Okanagan sunshine into the building. Some of the interior offices were also renovated at this stage.

Once we completed the outside upgrades, we were called back to further revamp the interior space. New glass partitions were built to provide additional offices for the staff and the flooring was replaced with new ceramic tiles.
