This project involved increasing the existing building footprint seamlessly to provide an additional 1050 sf of floor area. This expansion provided an enlarged reception area as well as a new full breakfast dining area for the guests. A barrier-free washroom and a future kitchen space was also incorporated into the new space. In the existing building, we converted a storage/office space into a new guest suite.
