This project involved building out a tenant improvement in an empty commercial space. Collaboration involved working with building management, architects, engineers, trades, suppliers, and clients. Key features included a large reception desk, a spacious waiting area with high ceilings, dedicated treatment rooms, a laboratory, a surgery room, an x-ray room, and a pharmacy. Each area was carefully designed and constructed to meet the functional needs of the clinic and provide a comfortable environment for clients and staff. This project was completed ahead of schedule, resulting in very happy clients!
