The Meridian Rehab project involved a major transformation of an existing building. The team gutted the central single-story section and rebuilt it from the foundation up, adding a new second floor throughout. This project was a tremendous success, finished ahead of schedule and under budget. It was made possible by an outstanding team, from skilled carpenters to strong leadership, alongside excellent consultants and a fantastic owner who made this a truly collaborative effort.
