This tenant improvement was a 3200 sf laboratory and offices facility. The existing space required a full demolition and infilling the existing overhead door. A new roof top unit was provided to condition the additional office space area. A custom full wall digital projector feature is a highlight inside the main entrance.

Our in house design team worked with the client to complete the layout, design, and material/finish selections. The furniture and lighting was also selected to complete the look.
