Dynamic Gym Facility Enhancement

For Kinetic Evolution, we completed a 3,300-square-foot tenant improvement, creating a new open-layout gym facility. This space includes specialized sports flooring, four treatment rooms, changerooms/showers, and offices. Our in-house design team worked extensively with the client to maximize the use of space while staying within budget, successfully incorporating a kitchen, staff room, and laundry room in the limited area.
