This fast-paced project involved the demolition and refresh of the interior restaurant dining area, an all new washroom layout, and a refresh of the kitchen and prep areas.  Unique finishes and fixtures provide a modern yet classic look, while the refinished hardwood floors, extensive woodwork, and exposing the historic brickwork bring revives the classic look of this heritage building.  The kitchen and prep areas have been upgraded to include easily washable wall surfaces, new flooring and brighter lights.  One of the highlights was the tricky relocation of the original heavy safe door into a new wall so that it can be seen from the front and the back.
