This project involved the complete demolition of both interior and exterior finishes on a prominent downtown building. Upon inspection, structural concerns were discovered, prompting a comprehensive investigation. Engineered solutions were devised and executed with the cooperation of various trades and the Plan B team. The interior was reconfigured into two commercial rental units (CRUs) and prepared for new tenants. The exterior was entirely refinished ,including repairing and painting the original brick, replacing existing stucco, updating storefronts and glazing, and installing new ACM cladding. Additionally, the project involved decommissioning the HVAC and plumbing systems and reallocating the electrical supply as needed.
